These terms apply to every registration at 7MANiA Football Academy, Abu Dhabi. Last updated for season 2026/27.
A place is confirmed only once the registration form is completed and the registration fee and term fee are received in full.
Registration and official kit fee is AED 500 per player per season and is non-refundable once the kit has been issued.
Parents must disclose any medical condition, allergy or injury affecting the player at the point of registration.
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are shown both excluding and including 5% VAT where applicable.
Term fees are payable in advance of the term start date. Term 1 runs 7 September – 31 December 2026.
A 10% sibling benefit applies to the second and subsequent child from the same family enrolled in the same term.
Term fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once the term has started, except for long-term injury or relocation supported by documentation.
Sessions missed by the player are not refunded or credited. Where possible a make-up session at another venue may be offered subject to availability.
Sessions cancelled by the academy for weather, venue closure or coach unavailability are rescheduled or credited.
Players must arrive in full 7MANiA kit and with their own water bottle and shin pads.
Parents are responsible for dropping off and collecting players on time at the venue.
The academy may suspend a player for repeated behaviour that endangers other children or disrupts coaching.
All coaches operate under the academy's child safeguarding policy. Parents may request a copy at any time.
In an emergency, academy staff may seek medical treatment for a player where a parent cannot be reached.
Photos and video may be taken at sessions and matches for academy communications. Parents may opt out in writing at any time.
Sessions take place at Nord Anglia International School (Al Reem Island), Sheikh Zayed Private Academy (Al Bateen) and The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi.
Venue rules apply at all times. The academy may relocate a session to an alternative venue at short notice.
